Summer just gets better and better here on Long Lake with July being our time to shine!
We kick off the month with the 4th of July events that include Flare Lighting around the lake, the Boat Parade, and end the evening with a wonderful Independence Day fireworks display. Then we round the month out with Band night on the Island including yet another great fireworks display that officially says summer is in full swing on Long Lake!

Long Lake may not be the largest lake in Oakland County, but we have as much fun or more than all those bigger ones!

Fundraising for the Annual Fireworks Show​
​
The funding of our Annual Fireworks Show is done solely through homeowner donations. We are grateful for the past years donations we have collected which were sufficient funds to cover all the expenses in years past. It is time again to make your donations for this year's show.
Please help us out and get your donations in as soon as possible
You have several ways to pay:

Mail or drop off check payable to "LLHOA" to our Treasurer David Fox at: 9003 Cooley Lake Rd, White Lake, MI 48386​​
Flare S​ale and Fundraiser runs through July 3rd or until sold out. Don't forget to light your flares at 10 p.m. sharp on July 4th - just before our Fireworks Show!!
Contact your neighborhood rep to get your flares purchased in advance. Prices are 3 for $10 and 6 for $20. This year we will be purchasing the 30 minute flares again as we did last year.
This is a long time tradition on the lake and a beautiful and emotional site to see the whole lake "aglow."
NOTE: If you are not going to be in town for our 4th of July Flare lighting, please purchase them and leave them with your neighbor so the chain of lights is not broken in front of your home.

Our 14th Annual Independence Day Celebration Fireworks show will start at approx.
10:15 pm on July 4th
​​​​​​​​​​​​Another spectacular show provided by Gen-X Pyrotechnics. What started as just an idea, has now turned into the "coolest" thing we do on Long Lake during the Summer.

2nd Annual Boat Party

Join us at the sandbar on Saturday July 20​​​​​​​​​​​​ for our
2nd Annual Long Lake Board Party!
This years theme is Christmas in July.
There will be prizes for best decorated boat and best themed outfit.
There will be water games, fun times and lots of memories

BAND NIGHT!​

Join us on the island for a performance by the local band, Brothers of Fate.
No charge, the association has picked up the tab on this one.
Fireworks will also take place this evening.
No wake on the lake after 9pm, please!
